TeamingPro FAQ
TeamingPro connects federal contractors so they can build winning teams.
Small businesses find experienced partners to help them compete. Prime contractors find qualified teammates with the skills they need.

TeamingPro connects federal contractors so they can build winning teams.
2. How quickly can I start connecting with partners?
Right away.

3. What makes TeamingPro different from searching SAM.gov?
SAM.gov shows you what's available. TeamingPro shows you what's available AND who you should talk to about it.
Plus you get AutoConnect to reach multiple partners instantly, search alerts for new opportunities, company research tools, and pipeline management, all designed to help you actually win work, not just find it.
4. Can primes and small businesses both use TeamingPro?
Absolutely.
Small businesses use TeamingPro to find bigger, experienced companies (known as “primes”) to partner with.
Primes use it to find small businesses with specific skills they need.
Everyone wins with faster connections and better matches.
5. Do I need federal experience to use TeamingPro?
Not at all. TeamingPro is built for contractors at every level, including people brand new to federal work.
The platform is simple to use, and connecting with experienced partners is one of the best ways to learn.
You bring your skills and expertise; they bring federal experience. Just sign up, search for work that fits your skills, and start connecting.
6. Will TeamingPro help me write proposals or bids?
TeamingPro doesn’t help with proposal writing. We help with what comes before that: finding opportunities worth pursuing, connecting with qualified partners, and building the team you’ll need when it’s time to submit a bid.
You can’t write a competitive proposal without a strong team, and that’s exactly what TeamingPro helps you build.
AutoConnect
What is AutoConnect?
AutoConnect is how registered users communicate with the TeamingPro network when sourcing partners or participants for their federal opportunities or programs.
We developed AutoConnect so our registered customers can take advantage of our growing network of companies and federal government agencies when sourcing teaming partners for jobs or opportunities, versus trying to build their own.
This immediately broadens the scope of potential partners for all companies in the TeamingPro network.
